Keep on going…

When things get uncomfortable, I think of all the comforts I've had. When I start to feel a little weak, I remember the moments when strength carried me through. When I start thinking it's not worth it, I focus on my goal; And that's how I keep on going.

Invertir en los buenos modales

¡Ay bendito! Pobre Puerto Rico.  Si.

Humility…

Humility is knowing you are exceptional, yet accepting there are others who are more exceptional than you. People seem to think being humble is putting yourself down; that true humility means you cannot find yourself incredible. But I think the greatest humility is the one that reckons its own accomplishments without basking in them like they were the light of…

Are You Happy?

Today I've been pondering happiness. Some people say happiness is the purpose of life. Me, I don't think so. Happiness is not the goal of life; it's not something we acquire or reach. According to all those self-help books, it cannot depend on other people. So what is happiness? According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, happiness is: a. a state of well-being…

Dear World: You only need to change one thing.

I read a T-shirt yesterday that said: "Everybody wants to change the world, but nobody wants to change." The sentence is so true it's freaky. That's the way it is. Everyone is complaining and pointing out all the wrong things going on, but nobody does anything about it. The shirt bears wisdom in every letter. Each and every one of…
